Somebody in the NWT just won $1M… again
For the second time this year, someone in the Northwest Territories has won $1 million.
A winning Lotto MAX ticket was purchased on Friday, October 26, the Western Canada Lottery Corporation said in a news release on Monday.
The ticket was purchased in a community other than Yellowknife, the corporation said, though it could not be more specific.
The winning numbers were: 5, 8, 11, 22, 39, 42 and 43.
Whoever purchased the ticket has one year to claim their prize.
The winner is asked to contact the Western Canada Lottery Corporation at 1-800-665-3313 to begin the prize claim process.
On July 13, Bradley and Janice McNeill of Yellowknife were heading back from Edmonton when they stopped at Fort Providence’s Big River gas station and purchased the first million-dollar ticket of the year.
