Godson joins Cabin Radio for Wild Out Wednesdays

Godson arrives on Cabin Radio with a continuous two-hour mix of hits from past and present, each Wednesday at 9pm.

Featuring reggaeton, hip hop, r&b, reggae, pop, electro, and dance, Wild Out Wednesday’s first hour will feature deejay-mixed, non-stop action. The second hour will be full of surprises, so keep your ears peeled for exciting segments.

Aaron ‘Godson’ Hernandez has been a hip-hop artist and DJ in the Northwest Territories for more than 20 years. He has released 11 albums and has performed in various parts of North America.

Godson received a Queen Elizabeth ll Diamond Jubilee award, was featured on CBC’s hit show Dragons’ Den, and was a finalist for EMI’s Record Deal competition.

Godson was the only rapper ever to write for the show Canadian Idol, where he also performed and filmed a video that kicked off season four of the show.

Godson also performed at the 2010 Winter Olympics as part of the NWT contingent, with a huge performance at BC Place as part of the medal ceremonies.
