An incident involving at least two vehicles ahead of Yellowknife’s miniature rush-hour threatened to cause minor delays on Thursday late afternoon.

Images from the scene suggested two pickup trucks had collided while both travelling toward the downtown core. Some witnesses said a third vehicle had also been involved.

The collision took place outside Kim’s Confectionery and Sushi Cafe on Franklin Avenue.

It wasn’t clear if anyone had been hurt.
