Cabin Radio to broadcast new NWT music festival

Cabin Radio will broadcast live coverage of Yellowknife musician Carmen Braden's first Longshadow Music Festival, coming to the city in June.

The three-day festival features a broad range of music from the past two centuries, including big-band jazz and contemporary percussion.

Yellowknife's Andrea Bettger will perform a world premiere composition by NWT fiddler Wesley Hardisty, while the festival will also take attendees on a midnight-sun soundwalk through Old Town.
