Hay River teen found after going missing for third time

A 14-year-old Hay River teen has been found safe after going missing at midnight between Sunday and Monday near his home.

On Wednesday morning, Hay River RCMP said a tip from the public lead helped them find the teen.

On September 30 RCMP noted this was the third missing persons bulletin for the 14-year-old in recent weeks, said they only publish such news releases when they have tried all other avenues of investigation and are concerned the missing person’s safety may be at risk.
