Listen in full: Carmen Braden and Leela Gilday album launches

Cabin Radio celebrates new music from NWT duo Carmen Braden and Leela Gilday with back-to-back broadcasts on Wednesday, October 9.

Tune in from 7pm for our full recording from the launch of Carmen Braden’s latest composition, entitled Songs of the Invisible Summer Stars, introduced to Yellowknife residents at the Prince of Wales Northern Heritage Centre last month.

Then, from 7:30pm, we play Leela Gilday’s latest album launch in full.

Gilday took over the Northern Arts and Cultural Centre in late September to perform tracks from her new album, North Star Calling.

Both performances will be repeated on Saturday from 3pm and Sunday from 12pm.
