Yellowknife RCMP have located 15-year-old Maiya Klengenberg after asking for the public’s help to find her on Monday.
In a news release issued shortly before 3pm on Monday, RCMP said the teenager – pictured above in an RCMP handout image taken from her Facebook profile – had been reported missing since Sunday night.
However, in an update published at 9:30am on Tuesday, RCMP confirmed she had since been located and thanked the public for their help in the day-long search.
