Our online launch on Monday is phase one of a much bigger plan. We have a phone app in development and we are working towards our long-term goal of FM licences and partnerships covering Yellowknife and a range of NWT communities. This is just the first step and we can’t wait to have you come on the journey with us.

What’s the daily schedule like?

7am-9am: Mornings at the Cabin with Jesse Wheeler, Ollie Williams, and guests

The Wheel wakes you up with great music, entertainment, and everything you need to know for the rest of your day across the North – with regular newscasts from Ollie and a range of live guests.

9am-12pm: Ollie Williams

Ollie keeps you company through the working morning with a music-heavy three hours of fun, plus local updates and interviews. We’ll also bring you regular specials featuring people driving change in our territory: politicians, leaders, and fresh voices come together to tackle the biggest issues we’re facing.

12pm-4pm: Shannon Moore

Shannon takes you through lunch and your afternoon with more music, playing great tracks you haven’t heard for ages, old favourites, and the best in new music.

Saturdays, 8am-12pm: Kevin MacDonald

One of Yellowknife’s most experienced and uplifting broadcasters knows exactly how to get your weekend off to the best possible start.

The remainder of our schedule is to be announced, including an exciting line-up of weeknight specialist shows.

How do I listen?

Come to this website, click the big Live icon in our menu. Simple as that.

We are a northern owned and operated independent commercial radio station, dedicated to supporting the communities we serve while playing you the best, ever-changing, music mix.

We’re committed to launching training and development programs for northern youth as a central pillar of our work in the NWT. We’re also working with a range of community broadcasters in Yellowknife and beyond to get new, interesting, unique shows on the air, full of local voices.
