38-year-old man dies in Deline, RCMP investigating

Police in Deline say they are investigating the sudden death of a 38-year-old man on Monday.

Deline RCMP were unable to confirm many details but, in a statement, said their members responded to a call at around 9:30pm on Monday evening, during which the dead man was located.

“Members of the NT RCMP Major Crimes Unit and Forensic Identification Services have travelled to the community and are investigating the death,” the statement continued.

“The RCMP is supporting the NWT Coroner Services in their investigation. No further information is available at this time.”
