RCMP say officers carried out an early Sunday search at an Inuvik apartment complex as part of a drug trafficking investigation.
According to police, a search took place at the Bompas Place apartments on Bompas Street.
“This incident is still under investigation and there may an increased police activity in the area throughout the day,” RCMP stated.
“As the investigation is ongoing, no further information is available at this time. Additional information about this incident will be provided in the future.”
