The World Cup reaches its knockout stage on Sunday with co-hosts Canada facing South Africa in the first winner-takes-all tie.
The game, being played in Los Angeles, kicks off at 1pm MT. You can watch it on TSN, CTV and Crave.
We called around Yellowknife establishments this week to see who will be showing the game live.
While this isn’t an exhaustive list, these are the venues that we could confirm plan to screen the game:
- Black Knight
- Boston Pizza
- Happy Tummy
- Javaroma
- Kilt and Castle
- Monkey Tree Pub
- Ricky’s
If you run an establishment not listed that’s showing the game, or you’re planning a public watch party anywhere else in the NWT, get in touch and we’ll add you to the list.
As of Friday, Canada’s men were ranked 32nd in the world and South Africa 54th.
The winner of Sunday’s game will play either the Netherlands or Morocco in the round of 16 in Houston on July 4.
