Northwestel working to fix Yellowknife cable internet issue

Northwestel says it is working to fix problems with cable internet in some parts of Yellowknife.

A message provided by Northwestel to customers on Wednesday morning stated the company was “currently experiencing temporary service disruption” to cable internet in the city.

Engineers are working on the problem, the company said, but there was no estimate for when repairs might be completed.

The cause of the problem was not given.
