Learn about how to support your community and others in an Emergency/Disaster.  Discover the volunteer opportunities available within the City of Yellowknife during an Emergency and other opportunities for deployment outside of the city with The Salvation Army Emergency Disaster Team.  Hands on Training in the Community Response Unit and sessions on Ministry of Presence and Equitable Emergency Response. Special Guest Speakers include, City of Yellowknife, Government of the Northwest Territories, Victim Services and Yellowknife Fire Department.
