Verbal De-escalation and Conflict Management tactical communications program is designed to provide your staff with the skills necessary to establish and maintain professional presence and diffuse difficult verbal encounters while maintaining dignity and respect for all those involved. The program also allows frontline staff to build upon their existing skill sets and provide them with additional tools to generate voluntary cooperation while diffusing potentially dangerous encounters. Training explores the nature of conflict, professionalism, de-escalation, personality traits and their relation to conflict, language choices, verbal deflectors, and techniques for redirecting behaviour and generating voluntary cooperation
