The YK Wado Karate club is the largest karate club in the NWT and the only karate club in Yellowknife is offering classes in karate and self defense at a very attractive price of 50 dollars per month for 24 hours of training per month. Adults and kids over 6 are welcome to start training!! We have been operating since 2009! Classes are taught be certififed black belts in Wado karate, Shindo (3 foot staff) and self defense. We have a track record of proven success in developing black belts and our students have participated in the Canada Winter Olympics and the Karate Canada National Championships. Register during class times on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
