The smoke mostly held off on Sunday, giving festivalgoers at Yellowknife’s Folk on the Rocks a beautiful day filled with music, dancing, and a little swimming in Long Lake.
Headliners Bedouin Soundclash and Mo Kenney closed out the night at the Lawson Lundell Main Stage, followed by a drum dance with the Yellowknives Dene Drummers.
The Cabin Radio Lakefront Stage hosted Wyatt C Louis, Andrina Turenne, The Dandy Lions, Sargeant X Comrade, Miesha and the Spanks, and Troublesome 96 throughout the afternoon.
While Folk has wrapped up for another year, Cabin Radio will be replaying the best sets from the festival on Sunday and Monday nights at 9pm, starting next week. Listen here.
