RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect in a break-and-enter at Deh Gah School in Fort Providence.
In a Thursday press release, RCMP stated that surveillance footage indicated a suspect entered the school around 3:53am on Monday.
Police said the suspect stole items from the school including bacon from the kitchen and two bags from the administrative office.
RCMP are sharing still images from the surveillance video with the public in hopes of identifying the suspect.
They asked anyone who recognizes the person depicted or has information about the incident to contact the Fort Providence detachment at 867-688-1111 or submit a tip to Crime Stoppers.
