Police in Hay River say a public appeal for help finding a man reportedly last seen nearly a week ago has ended in success.
According to a Thursday RCMP news release, family members had not been able to locate the man and were concerned for his wellbeing.
He was last seen in the Hay River area on Friday, November 28, police stated.
On Friday this week, RCMP said in an update that the man had been located “safe and sound.”
His name and other identifying information have been removed from this article as they are no longer in the public interest.
