Police in Yellowknife say a 14-year-old girl who was the subject of a public appeal earlier this week has been found and is safe.
RCMP issued an appeal on Tuesday for help finding the girl, saying her family were worried for her wellbeing.
In an update on Thursday morning, police said the girl “has been located safely.”
Her name and image have been removed from this article as they are no longer a matter of public interest.
