One home in Nogha Heights confirmed lost to Fort Simpson wildfire

For the first time, a home was confirmed lost to the wildfire burning in and around the Fort Simpson area.

Fort Simpson wildfire heads south to airport perimeter

The fire burning next to Fort Simpson was pushed south by the wind on Saturday to the edge of the village airfield. No homes are confirmed lost, NWT Fire said.
