Cabin Radio hosted its live election debate featuring the NWT’s candidates on Thursday evening.
Or featuring two of them, at least. Conservative candidate Kimberly Fairman earlier declined Cabin Radio’s invite having initially accepted. Green candidate Rainbow Eyes could not attend as she was travelling home after being released from prison in BC that day.
Liberal candidate Rebecca Alty and New Democrat Kelvin Kotchilea took part in a 60-minute debate that covered the economy, public safety, healing, climate, infrastructure, housing, education and political reform.
