Police say a 21-year-old man in Fort Good Hope faces child pornography charges after a search led to his electronic devices being seized.
The man was identified by RCMP as Kenny Shae Jr in a news release on Tuesday morning.
Shae is charged with one count of transmitting child pornography and one count of making it available.
He has been released on strict conditions, police said, and is set to appear in court in the community on December 11.

The investigation was led by the NWT RCMP’s internet child exploitation unit, supported by Fort Good Hope’s RCMP detachment and the territory’s major crimes unit.
