Aurora College has told students all of its classes – online and in person – will resume on Monday, January 12 following a cyber attack.

The message came in an update posted to Facebook on Thursday afternoon.

The college cancelled all classes this week, saying some of its systems had been taken offline in an attack, though it stated there was no evidence of a data breach or ransomware being deployed.

Progress in repairing the damage caused by that attack was not immediately clear.

The college said its self-service portal remains down, suggesting some of the impact is ongoing. Students were told to contact the front desk at their campus to handle outstanding tuition payments, while distance students should call the admissions office.
