Cabin Radio will carry the opening night of Yellowknife band Gnarwhal’s new album release weekend live on air from 8pm on Friday.
The band is playing shows on Friday and Saturday night at The Underground to celebrate the release of new album Lucid Machines.

Alex Davidson, host of Cabin Radio’s Metal Meltdown – airing 9-10pm each Friday – will anchor live coverage of the Friday, March 20 performance.
Gnarwhal will be supported by Edmonton and Vancouver psych rock act Black Mastiff, Whitehorse’s Franklin and Yellowknife’s Upper Mall Rats.
Friday’s show is sold out. Saturday’s show has “a few tickets remaining,” the band said on Thursday.
