The Yellowknife International Film Festival is celebrating its 20th anniversary, bringing independent films, northern stories and filmmakers to the city from November 4-8.
The five-day festival will feature more than 40 events across 10 venues, including film screenings, filmmaker Q&As, workshops, professional development opportunities and social events.
More than 30 out-of-town filmmakers and guests are expected to join audiences in Yellowknife for the milestone celebration.
Early-bird festival passes are on sale until September 23, with individual tickets going on sale October 4.
