Inuvik RCMP ask for help locating wanted man
RCMP in Inuvik are asking the public for help in locating Richard Binder Jr, who is wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant.
The 35-year-old has been described as being of Inuvialuit descent, 5 ft 9 in tall, and 190 pounds, with collar-length brown hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen on the morning of October 25. Police believe he is still in the Inuvik area.

“The public should not approach Mr Binder and [should] call police with any possible sightings,” stated an RCMP news release on Monday.
