A celebration of life for the late Dr Tom Pisz will be held at Yellowknife’s North Country Stables on Thursday, July 18.

The event begins at 4pm and is open to “everyone that cared about him,” said Mila Pisz, his daughter.

“I’m hoping everyone that had anything to do with all his businesses will come.”

Dr Pisz, a veterinarian and owner of Great Slave Animal Hospital and North Country Stables, lived in Yellowknife for more than 30 years before he passed away on June 11 at the age of 68.
