Police in Yellowknife say four people are in custody after a Friday morning report of an “aggravated assault with a weapon” in the area of the city’s Sunridge Apartments.
So far, few details are available. The condition of the victim or victims is not known, and the exact nature of the alleged attack has not been specified.
“Four people were arrested and remain in custody. The matter remains under investigation at this time, led by Yellowknife General Investigation Section,” RCMP stated.
“Further details will be provided when available,” police added.
