Police in Inuvik have shared images of a snowmobile similar to one associated with missing 32-year-old Lance Briere.
Briere was last seen almost a month ago, on February 8, in Inuvik’s liquor store.
Since then, RCMP have said ground searches failed to turn up any trace.

Police have repeatedly stated that they think Briere had possession of a black Ski-Doo Expedition 900 ACE.
On Thursday, RCMP issued photos of a machine that “looks like the one” associated with Briere. Tracing the snowmobile could help police to establish Briere’s whereabouts.
“Several leads have been received and followed up on by the detachment,” police stated. “However, Briere has not been located.”
The investigation continues. Anyone with information that could help is asked to contacted the Inuvik detachment at 867-777-1111 or leave a message via Crime Stoppers.
