Ndılǫ goes to the polls on Monday in chief election

Voters in Ndılǫ will choose from four candidates on Monday as they select a chief for the community.

Liz Liske, Fred Sangris, Shirley Tsetta and Ted Tsetta are on the ballot to become the new Yellowknives Dene First Nation Chief of Ndılǫ.

Voting begins at 9am and closes at 8pm. You need to be a member of the First Nation to vote.

There are three voting stations: the Chief Drygeese Conference Centre, the Ndılǫ gym and the Tree of Peace Friendship Centre in Yellowknife.

Ballots will be counted at the Ndılǫ gym.
