The production team behind last year’s hit series of Rocky Horror performances in Yellowknife is bringing it back this week.
In a news release, Parcel of Rogues said Richard O’Brien’s Rocky Horror Show will make a comeback with a “sneak preview performance” on Thursday, October 30, followed by a show on Friday and two on Saturday.
Tickets are available via the Northern Arts and Cultural Centre website.
“Last year’s production drew rave reviews and packed houses, and this year promises to be just as electrifying. Costumes and audience participation are enthusiastically encouraged,” the group stated.
From November 6-8, Parcel of Rogues will also stage Pantalone Runs for Mayor at the same venue, described as a “fast-paced, mask-filled farce” rooted in Italian comedy.
“Expect physical comedy, improvisation, and satire the whole family can enjoy, with both family-friendly performances on Friday and Saturday and mature evening performances on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday,” the news release stated.
