Tickets are now available for the latest edition of the Snowkings’ Winter Festival reverse raffle, in which the last ticket-holder standing wins the $5,000 grand prize.
You can purchase $100 tickets online until February 19, 2026. Buy before January 10 and you’ll be entered into an early-bird draw for a $1,000 shopping spree at Overlander Sports.
Prizes of $4,000, $3,000 and $2,000 are also available, as are 20 prizes of $100 – in other words, your money back.
Each ticket gets the holder a daytime season pass for the 2026 Snowkings’ Winter Festival, which runs at the Snowcastle on the frozen Yellowknife Bay from March 1-28.
You need to be a Yellowknife resident and 19 or older to take part.

Almost all tickets drawn in March eliminate their owners (with a few exceptions) until the last ticket remaining wins $5,000.
The grand prize draw date is March 21, 2026.
