Yellowknife’s Shop Hop is returning for 2025 with 19 stores taking part in Thursday’s event.
Until 8pm on November 20, you can dash between the stores to pick up holiday gifts and check out offers.
There are also prizes to be won.
“This year’s event will have a grand prize including a $100 gift card to participating locations as well as a second prize consisting of wrapped gifts from each participant,” organizers stated in a news release.
To enter the draws, grab a passport and collect stamps.

“It’s an exciting event meant to drum up support for small businesses and to give our customers an opportunity to see what’s new, and even maybe snag a great deal locally,” said Michael Bokor, the owner of Juniper Supply Co and Juniper Hobbies.
Janet Pacey, owner of Signed, added: “These events remind the community we’re here and what a blast it is to run around to all your favourite stores and see people you haven’t seen in a while.”
