Once again, Santa Claus looked kindly on Yellowknife in 2025 and decided to fit the small northern city into a packed touring schedule ahead of Christmas.
The big man spent about an hour on Saturday evening waving to hundreds of Yellowknifers who lined 50 Avenue and adjacent streets.
A healthy number of floats was matched by a sizeable spectator turnout in -18C with wind chill of -24.
On this page, we’ve selected our favourite photos from the night.
Come back to the Cabin Radio website in the near future to see the Grinch accost Santa Claus and demand to know the meaning of Christmas, a rare event caught on camera. The result was heartwarming.
