Yellowknife RCMP say woman reported missing is safe

Yellowknife RCMP say a woman reported missing in a Wednesday news release has been found and is safe.

Earlier in the day, police said they were searching for a 35-year-old woman who had been last seen leaving her home in the city on June 3.

Shortly after 7:30pm, RCMP said the woman “has been located safe.”

Her name and photo have been removed from this article as they are no longer in the public interest.
