Northwestel again says Yellowknife customers might face a daytime outage later this week as part of maintenance work.
Following a similar notice last week, the dominant northern telecoms provider told customers their internet, TV and home phone service may drop out for up to an hour between 6am and 9am on Tuesday.
The maintenance page of the company’s website extends that window to 6am-2pm on Tuesday, as well as the possibility of an outage for some time between 9am and 4pm on Wednesday.
Cell service won’t be affected.
