In pictures: Remembrance Day in Yellowknife

In Yellowknife, residents gathered by the downtown cenotaph on Veterans Memorial Drive to watch a wreath-laying ceremony on Remembrance Day.

Following the ceremony, the parade proceeded through downtown to École St Patrick High School for an indoor service.

Remembrance Day events were also planned across the NWT on a day that marks the anniversary of the armistice that ended World War One.
